This house renovation included an addition of the new master bedroom addition, new family room, screened porch, gym, basement, mechanicals and over 1,000 square feet of patio space. Updated exterior features include the entry, fireplaces, windows and doors, landscaping and the patio. New Jeld-Wen cottage style windows and casements were used throughout. A custom designed trim package including Trustile doors and Baldwin hardware selected by the homeowner create an elegant interior finish. Built-in cabinets paired with new paint and floor refinishing rounded out the work throughout the older parts of the home. The highlight of this house is the beautiful exterior stone wall and patio. Sitting 16 feet high and covered in hand split stone, the wall was a labor of love for the masons. An integrated gas fire pit and exterior wall lighting complete this outdoor living masterpiece.
